Pak Ngah

Datuk Suhaimi Mohd Zain, or better known as Pak Ngah (26 September 1958 – 25 September 2018) was a Malaysian songwriter and record producer. He was famous for introducing Malaysian music, after being introduced by Datuk Sharifah Aini to the mainstream through the song “Nostalgia Aidilfitri” (1993). After that, his work was presented by many famous singers, including Noraniza Idris, Datuk Jamal Abdillah, Dato ‘Sri Siti Nurhaliza and Syura Badron. He died in Batam City, Indonesia on September 25, 2018 due to a heart attack, the day before his 60th birthday.
